The Ocean Club is set on 52 oceanside acres on Key Biscayne. It is the latest major oceanfront parcel of land on the Key, and contains 1,000 fee of Atlantic oceanfront. More than half of the acreage is devoted to common space.
Behind the guarded security gates are 11 residential buildings including the Lake Villas, Resort Villas, Lake Tower, Club Towers, Ocean Towers and the Cabanas.
The Lake Villas are situated around the Club's five-acre lake, and include three mid-rise buildings with 2-4 bedrooms from 2000 to 4000 square feet.

2005 continues to be a strong market for Ocean Club Properties. Inventories are low and prices have escalated dramatically.
Resort Villas are regularly selling at over $500 per sq. ft. (small two bedroom units sell in the high $700’s). The latest sale in the Lake Villas was just over $500 per sq. ft. for a 2500 sq. ft. 3 bedroom apartment selling at $1,270,000. Lake Tower has seen considerable activity with the most recent sale at $1,375,000 for a 2,600 sq. ft., 3 bedroom or $528 per sq. ft. Ocean and Club Towers have been setting new records selling from $650 to $750 sq. ft. The most recent sale is a twelfth floor 2500 sq. ft. unit sold for $1,775,000.
